As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), she is vastly experienced with regional luxury market trends, representing clients in California and Nevada. Patty’s natural attention to detail stems from previously owning a Lake Tahoe catering and event planning business. With a hands-on approach, she guides new and seasoned clients through the real estate process, including partnering with Sotheby’s International Relocation Service — connecting clients for global purchases or sales. Growing up in Orinda, California, Patty maintains strong Bay area connections. A San Francisco State University graduate, Patty and her husband Keith have called Tahoe City home since 1987, where they raised their family and now embrace the empty nester lifestyle. In her free time, Patty enjoys Nordic skiing in winter; hiking and biking in the summer.

With deep community roots, Patty proudly contributes to local organizations supporting the environment, health and human services, and homeless pets.
